How to request account deletion
- Open Invoice Zip.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Verify your identity to confirm the deletion request.
What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data stored in your Invoice Zip account will be permanently removed:
- Account information
- Profile information
- Business information
- Clients and contacts
- Invoices and estimates
- Items and services
- Expenses and purchase records
- Payment records
- Reports and business data
- Business settings and preferences
- Other personal data associated with your account
What data may be retained
We may retain certain purchase, subscription, and payment transaction records where required by applicable laws, tax, or accounting regulations. Any retained data will be deleted once the applicable retention period expires.
